Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end transactional HR activities across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local law and internal policies.
* Create and manage position requisitions and contract issuance (offer letters).
* Collect and validate new-hire documentation and required employee data.
* Manage onboarding activities, including new-hire orientation, required forms, systems access coordination, and onboarding checklists.
* Manage offboarding activities, including exit processing and documentation, knowledge-transfer coordination and exit reporting.
* Maintain HRIS and People Management Systems with accurate employee records, ensuring data quality, confidentiality and audit readiness.
* Notify and coordinate with government institutions, external consultants or vendors when required by local regulation or company process.
* Communicate leave, vacation and permit information to payroll and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate pay and compliance.
* Respond to associate inquiries promptly, accurately and empathetically via the designated service channels; escalate complex issues appropriately.
* Support labor audits, inspections and related processes; prepare documentation and coordinate with legal or external advisors as needed.
* Manage benefits such as gym, discount card, medical insurance. Act as a focal point for employees regarding doubts and headcount moves.
* Support internal communication and Internship Program.
* Upload HR invoices into an internal system.
* Identify opportunities to standardize and improve processes, systems, knowledge articles and service delivery; support or lead process-improvement initiatives. Partner closely with Centers of Expertise, People & Culture Business Partners and other cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent and end‑to‑end case resolution.
* Contribute to cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Perform other duties as assigned, with or without accommodation.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
* 2+ years of experience in HR administration, HR shared services, payroll or related operational HR role supporting Argentina and/or other Latin American countries.
* Business‑level English required for cross‑regional collaboration. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of Argentine labor legislation. General knowledge of Chile and Colombia (optional).
* Proficiency using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ticketing/service management systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a shared services or centralized HR operations model.
* Experience liaising with payroll providers, benefits vendors, government institutions and external consultants.
* HR certification (local or international) such as SHRM, HRCI or equivalent.
