🔍 About the role
My client is looking for a Junior Business Developer (Dutch-speaking) to support its commercial development. This role is open to candidates who are either fresh out of university or have up to two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the tech or service industry, mindset is more important than background.
Your missions:
* Direct and implement sales strategies, aligning closely with core business aims and capturing key market opportunities
* Enhance sales workflows and data analytics, leveraging CRM tools such as HubSpot
* Forge and nurture client relationships, establishing trust and mutual benefit
* Engage actively with the product team, integrating market insights and client input
🎯 About the ideal candidate
🎓 You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
🚀 You are at the start of your career (0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, consultancy, or a similar role).
📞 You are confident picking up the phone and enjoy convincing people.
🎯 You are results-driven, comfortable working with targets, and have an analytical mindset.
💡 You are proactive, autonomous, and have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
🤝 You are comfortable and assertive when interacting with clients.
🗣️ You communicate clearly and effectively, both internally and externally.
📋 You have experience or interest in project management.
🌍 You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English.
