IT Project Manager Officer / Senior PMO Analyst Role We are seeking an experienced IT PMO professional with 6 years of experience to support and govern complex technology programs and transformation initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in portfolio governance, project delivery oversight, stakeholder management, financial tracking, and PMO process improvement. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational capabilities, and experience working within enterprise IT environments, preferably in international or multi-country organizations. Key Responsibilities PMO Governance & Delivery Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards. Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, and delivery status. Support program managers and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects align with organizational strategy, budget, and compliance requirements. Drive adherence to project management best practices, templates, and reporting standards. Portfolio & Financial Management Track project budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and financial performance. Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and steering committee presentations. Support portfolio prioritization and investment planning activities. Monitor project benefits realization and value delivery. Stakeholder & Communication Management Coordinate with senior business and IT stakeholders across departments. Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reviews. Communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation plans effectively. Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes, tools, and reporting efficiency. Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to PMO maturity assessments and implementation of improvements. Promote agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies where appropriate. Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, RAID logs, and audit trails. Support risk management and escalation processes. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or IT Program Governance roles. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid). Experience managing enterprise-level IT projects and portfolios. Proven experience with project financial tracking and reporting. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced knowledge of: Microsoft Project Jira / Confluence Power BI or Excel reporting PMO governance tools and dashboards Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Agile certifications. Experience working in international or multilingual environments. Knowledge of ITIL or enterprise service management frameworks. Experience in sectors such as banking, telecom, healthcare, manufacturing, or public sector is advantageous. Familiarity with GDPR and European regulatory environments is a plus.
