About the role
We are looking for an Architect to lead the coordination and integration of all engineering disciplines across our residential projects.
This role sits at the core of project quality and execution, ensuring that all technical solutions are aligned, coordinated, and fully buildable before reaching construction.
You will be responsible for bridging architecture and engineering, resolving cross-discipline conflicts, and driving technical decisions that directly impact project feasibility, timelines, and overall product quality.
This is not a tracking role — it is about owning technical quality, driving coordination, and ensuring execution readiness.
Key Responsabilities
* Lead the coordination of all technical disciplines (structural, civil, MEP, and others), ensuring full integration with architectural design.
* Review and validate project documentation across disciplines, identifying inconsistencies, clashes, and gaps.
* Drive resolution of cross-discipline conflicts, ensuring solutions are aligned with architectural intent and buildability.
* Act as the main interface between architecture and engineering teams, ensuring alignment across all project phases.
* Manage external engineering consultants, including scope alignment, deliverables, and technical quality.
* Ensure all projects reach a high level of coordination and completeness before submission and execution.
* Oversee adjustments to architectural and site-related packages to ensure consistency with engineering requirements.
* Develop solutions for internally driven scopes (fences, preliminary pool layouts, site elements), ensuring coordination across disciplines.
* Maintain visibility over project progress, ensuring alignment between deliverables and timelines.
* Support the resolution of city comments, coordinating inputs from engineering consultants and ensuring proper implementation.
* Contribute to the development of coordination workflows, standards, and quality control processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
* 5+ years of experience in technical project development and multidisciplinary coordination.
* Proven experience coordinating structural, civil, MEP, and related disciplines.
* Strong understanding of construction systems and technical documentation.
* Ability to perform deep technical reviews and identify cross-discipline conflicts.
* Experience managing external consultants and technical deliverables.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* High level of ownership and accountability.
* Advanced English (daily interaction with U.S.-based teams).
* Experience applying BIM methodologies and proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, LayOut, and AutoCAD.
