In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value to customers.
Your role in our team
•Define Product Vision & Roadmap: Translate business goals into a clear product strategy and actionable roadmap.
•Own the Backlog: Prioritize features, user stories, and enhancements to maximize business impact.
•Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
•Customer-Centric Approach: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product performance and experience.
•Ensure Agile Delivery: Act as the voice of the customer in Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
•Monitor KPIs: Track product performance, adoption, and ROI to guide future decisions.
•Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends and propose new ideas to enhance our product portfolio.
How you strengthen our team
•Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital product development.
•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
•Familiarity with UX principles, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
•Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Agile-related credentials are a plus.
