Are you passionate about creating innovative digital experiences? We are looking for a Product Owner – Digital to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of cutting-edge digital products. In this role, you will bridge business needs and technology, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value to customers.
Your role in our team
* Define Product Vision & Roadmap: Translate business goals into a clear product strategy and actionable roadmap.
* Own the Backlog: Prioritize features, user stories, and enhancements to maximize business impact.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product performance and experience.
* Ensure Agile Delivery: Act as the voice of the customer in Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
* Monitor KPIs: Track product performance, adoption, and ROI to guide future decisions.
* Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends and propose new ideas to enhance our product portfolio.
How You Strengthen Our Team
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital product development.
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Familiarity with UX principles, digital platforms, and emerging technologies.
* Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Agile-related credentials are a plus.
