Your key responsibilities
Lead project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of strategic initiatives for clients.
Develop and manage a client book, fostering strong relationships with clients in the Financial Service industry.
Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand EY's presence.
Design and implement operational models that align with regulatory requirements and enhance client operations.
Analyze regulatory frameworks and create compliant solutions for profitable business growth.
Skills and attributes for success
7+ years of experience in consulting, Compliance, Risk Management, or operations within a Bank, Management Company/AIFM or Asset Servicing Firm.
A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
Knowledge of key regulatory topics (e.g., UCITS, AIFMD, MIFID) and experience.
Understanding of operational processes for the financial sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English. Additional European language is a plus.
