We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to oversee and manage complex contractual agreements within a multi-stakeholder environment. This role involves ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, handling amendments, and supporting dispute resolution while acting as a key interface between the client and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of contract management activities, including the administration and governance of agreements.
* Ensure all contractual obligations are properly tracked, managed, and fulfilled by relevant parties
* Lead and manage contract amendments, ensuring changes are accurately documented and aligned with business needs
* Monitor and report on compliance with contractual terms, highlighting risks and areas of concern
* Handle and follow up on contractual disputes, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
* Support the client in disputes involving third-party suppliers where service provider input is required
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on contractual matters
* Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders on contract performance and risks
Required Skills & Experience
* 7-15 years of experience in contract management and/or legal roles
* Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles related to commercial agreements
* Proven experience managing contracts in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Solid understanding of contract structures, including Statements of Work (SoW), Master Service Agreements (MSA), Service Level Agreements (SLA), and Change Requests
* Hands-on experience drafting, xphnsxz reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle
* Experience working closely with customer-side contract management teams
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
* Knowledge of data protection regulations and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DTIA, DPIA)
* Basic understanding of information security standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC controls
* Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
