Corporate and M&A Lawyer – PwC Belgium
Join the role of Corporate and M&A Lawyer at PwC Belgium. This position offers the chance to work across multidisciplinary teams, handling acquisitions for a diverse client base within Brussels.
Responsibilities
* Work on acquisitions for national and international clients across diverse sectors.
* Handle all stages of the deal cycle – legal due diligence, structuring transactions, drafting and negotiating contracts.
* Focus on post‑deal matters such as integration after the transaction closes.
* Collaborate with internal PwC Legal specialists and external tax/finance professionals to add value beyond corporate legal matters.
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on cross‑border files, working in international teams as required.
Qualifications
* Belgian master’s degree in Law; an additional master relevant for M&A is a plus.
* 2 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer in transactions, including share deals, asset deals, corporate deals and private equity deals.
* Experience with real‑estate transactions is an additional asset.
* Native French speaker, fluent in English.
* Motivated, client‑oriented with excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.
* A true team player, passionate about getting deals done.
