Reporting Line
* Reports directly to the Latin America RBM Leader
Key Responsibilities
* Key support to Latin America Regional Benefits Management Leader (RBM Leader) for coordination of day‑to‑day activities and resource demands.
* Coordination of services for RBM and RBM subaccounts of GBM accounts to ensure timely and efficient execution of services in accordance with client‑specific requirements, including Rules of the Road and Service Level Agreements (SLA) in place.
* Leverage role and experience to support client relations, retention, new and profitable sales.
* Knowledge management for best practice proposals, benchmarking reports, country information, etc.
* Training coordinator and liaison to selected “champions” of key tools (e.g., GOLD+, GBM Analytics).
* Manage the Service Perception Survey for Latam IBD and Non‑IBD Consultants.
* Network management for multinational appointments in Latin American countries.
Key Functions of the Role
Track RBM team account assignments and burdens, including monitoring available timesheets, and recommend potential account rebalancing to the RBM leader as needed.
Develop an annual training plan proposal, identify resources for conducting agreed training plans, and coordinate training sessions (at least one per quarter).
Support development of onboarding and training plans for new hires to the RBM team, ensuring such new‑hire training is delivered promptly.
Lead development and maintenance of the LatAm RBM value proposition in line with ICG and overall regional value propositions and marketing strategies. Work closely with the RBM Leader to develop tools and processes for pricing RBM projects, maintain a library of GBM/RBM engagement letters and scope‑of‑work documents, and resolve pending agreements.
Track TPP activity and responses to service escalations. Coordinate, prepare, and deliver consulting projects to clients and prospects. Assist local Mercer and Marsh operations in developing the “Multilatinas export” business, and organize tracking of prospects, proposals, sales, and portfolio revenues handled by the RBM team.
Qualifications
* Degree holder with a minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits.
* Fluent in oral and written English and Portuguese, with a commitment to learn Spanish.
* Strong knowledge of employee benefits in key Latin American countries.
* Detail‑oriented and strong project management skills for a complex, demanding work environment.
* Experience dealing with corporate multinational clients.
* Positive and can‑do attitude.
