Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Recruitment Services
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients in filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and KPIs are met. This involves developing and delivering excellent recruitment services in line with agreed service levels, utilizing recruitment technology applications and managing end-to-end processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in accordance with contractual obligations and client service levels.
• Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers, documenting recruitment plans including role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles, and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Responsible for managing candidate relationships and their satisfaction with the candidate recruitment experience until start date.
• Track changes to a candidate's status to enable accurate reporting.
• Conduct candidate screening, ensuring candidates submitted to the hiring manager meet required quality standards.
• Support the hiring manager in deciding which candidate to hire and guide them in determining an appropriate offer.
• Deliver verbal offers to candidates, manage objections, and support candidates during their notice period.
• Uphold company and local legislative policies, ensuring all recruitment activities comply with both.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have oil & gas, energy, power, renewables, or life sciences recruitment experience gained either in-house or with a recruitment agency. They should be organized, systematic, proactive, and possess excellent client relationship skills. Ability to present compelling opportunities to a broad range of candidates is essential.
