About this role

Just Eat is a global leader in food and convenience, and in the Belgian market, we are focused on sharpening our competitive edge. We are moving beyond standard reporting to build a sophisticated, data-driven engine that optimizes our performance across Flanders, Wallonia, and Brussels.

You will join a high-impact team where high-performance and collaboration are the standard. As a Commercial Strategy Analyst, you will act as the "Commercial Architect" for Belgium, bridging the gap between complex data sets and executive-level strategic execution.

We are looking for someone to live our behaviors of Lead, Deliver, and Care. In this role, you won't just analyze the business - you will steer it. You will own our forecasting ecosystem and lead the weekly trading "control room," providing the insights that allow our leadership team to make high-stakes decisions.

This role requires a consultant’s mindset: the ability to turn a "why" into a "so what." If you are looking to move from slide decks to the driver's seat, you will find the platform here to challenge the status quo and directly influence the Just Eat Belgium vision.

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Lead the weekly trading "control room" by providing the root-cause analysis needed to move from reporting to active market steering.
* Monitor live market trends across Belgium to identify performance gaps and drive immediate tactical adjustments.
* Own the end-to-end order forecasting process, ensuring high precision and budget adherence through Anaplan.
* Translate complex data sets into clear, executive-level recommendations that influence commercial strategy and regional growth.
* Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align tactical spend with high-value commercial opportunities.
* Continuously refine our analytical frameworks to improve decision-making velocity and commercial maturity across the region.
* While an individual contributor role, you will supervise commercial outputs and mentor peers to foster a culture of shared success.

What will you bring to the team?

* Break down complex business challenges into clear hypotheses and actionable workstreams.
* Use data to build compelling narratives that challenge the status quo and drive senior-level consensus.
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of how businesses operate, linking micro-trends to macro P&L impact.
* Utilize SQL and Excel to extract insights, paired with a commitment to data integrity and logical thinking.
* Build strong, proactive relationships across Marketing, Sales, Operations and Logistics to help our internal partners succeed.
* Translate technical findings into clear "business-speak" that resonates with diverse Belgian stakeholders.
* Move beyond an advisory role to take full responsibility for end-to-end commercial delivery.
* Act with integrity and transparency, ensuring all strategic recommendations are sustainable and inclusive.
* Learn quickly, welcome feedback, and find innovative ways to improve how the business operates.
