YOUR ROLE
* You help translate the business strategy into a clear and actionable people strategy.
* You focus on three key areas: Structure & organisation, Talent development & culture, Staff & skills
* You review organisational design and role structures, contribute to leadership and culture initiatives, and support workforce planning efforts.
* You draft job descriptions, prepare and facilitate workshops, and coordinate the roll-out of key initiatives.
* You work closely with stakeholders across HR and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
* You have a relevant track record in strategic consulting, project management, and implementation.
* You bring expertise in organisational design, talent development, job design, and workforce planning.
* You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
* You are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across different functions.
PRACTICALS
* Contract type: Freelance
* Work regime: Full-time
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: Until the end of 2025
* Location: Flexible within Flanders, with occasional travel to the Netherlands
