Missions essentielles
As a Process Operator Silo, you are responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, and management of raw materials within our silo installations. As the beating heart of the silo, you oversee inventory levels, maintain contact with production, and ensure continuous process flow.
What you do:
1. Issue instructions and follow up with the silo process operator on field tasks and inspections related to the functional operation of the silo (taking samples, opening/closing cells, level measurements, circuit control, etc.).
2. Issue instructions and follow up with the cleaner on cleaning tasks related to the operational process (disinfecting and cleaning of cells, etc.).
3. Request assistance from the barley-malt operator for necessary tasks within the operational process.
4. Monitor shift handovers: inform colleagues about ongoing tasks, points of attention, etc., to ensure the functional operation of the silo is maintained.
5. Ensure all operational movements within the silo are documented in the designated systems.
6. Report all unsafe situations during your shift to the supervisor and HSE.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Profil / Compétences requises
8. Technical diploma
9. Basic knowledge of mechanics and automation
10. Experience with PLC or willingness to learn
11. Accurate, independent, and safety-conscious
12. You are fluent in English or Dutch
