🚀 Nexeo is looking for a Senior PMO Consultant / PMO Office Manager – Strategic IT Project
We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO Consultant to support a high-impact IT transformation program.
You will set up and operate the PMO Office, ensuring governance, planning, reporting, risk management, and quality of deliverables across a large, multidisciplinary project. You will coordinate business and IT teams, facilitate workshops, manage requirements, and support testing and documentation standards.
Your role:
* Establish and operate PMO governance processes (Prince2 & Agile Scrum).
* Maintain global program planning, track milestones, risks, and dependencies.
* Facilitate business–IT workshops and align stakeholders.
* Ensure traceability and validation of requirements, manage change requests.
* Define and enforce quality standards for documentation and deliverables.
Profile:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years PMO / Project Management experience in large IT programs.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Leadership without hierarchical authority; Agile experience preferred.
* Fluent in English (other languages a plus).
