We are Nexus Clips, a fast-growing tech company whose mission is to make AI-based technologies accessible to help content creators improve the quality of their content and increase their reach.
We’re looking for a Community Manager to take ownership of our social presence and shape how Nexus Clips communicates with the world. You will define the strategy, calendarize content, supervise quality, publish across platforms, and actively engage with our community — ensuring that our brand feels consistent, human, and trustworthy.
Your work will directly influence how creators perceive Nexus Clips and will play a key role in building credibility in international markets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role requires someone highly independent, proactive, creative and organized, with strong audiovisual criteria and the ability to quickly understand what performs well on social platforms.
You’ll manage the full social media cycle end-to-end, from planning to reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Define the social media strategy and build a clear, structured content calendar.
* Create content briefs and coordinate the production of assets.
* Supervise the quality, coherence, and tone of all content.
* Publish and monitor posts across multiple platforms.
* Manage comments, messages, and community interactions.
* Reuse and integrate content from ambassadors when relevant.
* Produce regular reporting, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
* High level of English — our content is produced in English.
* Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Metricool or similar.
* Solid visual criteria and the ability to evaluate and guide content quality.
* Independence, ownership, and a self-learning mindset.
* Strong organization and consistency in execution.
* Creative eye and curiosity for the world of content creation.
