As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:
* Lead and manage a team of around 10 Account Managers (mix of junior and senior profiles)
* Act as coach, and inspiration source for the team
* Strong focus on coaching in the field
* Provide continuous feedback and translate strategy into concrete actions
* Focus on Flemish Brabant area
* Drive commercial growth while ensuring profitability and long-term relationships
* Stay close to the business
* Maintain contact with key accounts and step in when needed
* Report directly to the Sales Director
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
* At least 5 years of commercial experience
* Proven experience managing teams
* Strong sales mindset
* Experience in B2B direct sales environments
* Affinity with construction sector is a plus
* Strong coaching capabilities
* Resilient, ambitious, transparent, and hands-on
* Analytical, structured, and result-oriented
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent in Dutch, English - French is a strong asset
