Are you a commercial profile who enjoys both building strategic relationships and opening new business opportunities?

At IDEMIA, we are looking for an Account Manager to lead business development and customer growth in the Argentine market, supporting industries such as telecommunications, IoT, payments, automotive, and utilities.

This role combines a hunter + farmer mindset : strengthening existing accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities in emerging verticals.


What you’ll do:

* Manage and grow strategic customer accounts across Argentina
* Drive new business development and prospecting activities
* Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and contract discussions
* Coordinate and participate in RFI / RFP / RFQ processes
* Build account plans focused on upselling, cross-selling, and long-term growth
* Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions
* Position advanced connectivity solutions including SIM, eSIM, and iSIM
* Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and revenue visibility
* Represent IDEMIA at industry events and networking opportunities


What we’re looking for:

* Experience in B2B sales/account management within telecom, connectivity, IoT, technology, or related industries
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills with complex sales cycles
* Experience managing strategic customer relationships
* Ability to engage with technical and executive stakeholders
* Familiarity with CRM tools and forecast management
* Self-driven, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
* Experience with RFX processes is a strong plus


Preferred background:

* Exposure to telecom ecosystems, connectivity solutions, SIM/eSIM/iSIM, or digital technologies
* Experience working with regional or multinational environments
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Salary in argentine pesos (3, 200 USD aprox per month)
