Role Overview
Seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical, application, and operational support for the ZetesMedea logistics execution system, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide L1/L2 support for ZetesMedea application incidents, requests, and service tickets.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to warehouse execution workflows.
* Support RF devices, barcode scanners, printers, and middleware integrations.
* Perform log analysis, root-cause identification, and incident documentation.
* Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and application teams for problem resolution.
* Manage deployments, patches, configuration updates, and release validation.
* Ensure uptime, performance stability, and SLA adherence for warehouse systems.
* Provide user support, training, and operational guidance as needed.
Required Skills
* Experience with ZetesMedea / logistics execution / WMS systems.
* Strong troubleshooting & incident resolution skills.
* Knowledge of SQL, Linux, APIs, and device connectivity.
* Familiarity with RF handhelds, scanning, and printing systems.
* Experience in warehouse/logistics environment support.
