We’re looking for a Global Communications Director who will shape and lead Cohabs’ global brand voice. From PR to social, influencers to owned channels, you’ll be the architect of how the world hears, sees, and feels Cohabs. This role is the perfect mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You’ll lead a small but mighty team (including our Social Media & Influencers Manager) and work closely with Brand Creative, Performance Marketing, Consumer Experience, Tech, and Sales to deliver cohesive, insight-led communication across every touchpoint. Your mission: Turn Cohabs from a push-driven to a pull-driven brand — one that attracts members, partners, and advocates through authentic storytelling, purpose-led visibility, and true community connection. What you’ll be doing: Global Brand Communications Leader: Build and execute the full global communications strategy across PR, social, influencer, and owned channels — ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful brand messaging worldwide. Brand Reputation Guardian: Lead brand and corporate PR, managing both directly and with local partners. Align closely with ESG communications to strengthen trust, credibility, and long-term brand reputation. Social & Influencer Strategist: Own the vision and direction for all social and influencer activities. Guide internal teams to grow channels, build engagement, and amplify brand love across markets. Channel & Media Planner: Work with Brand and Performance Media teams to optimize the marketing mix and amplify key campaigns for maximum awareness and engagement. Insight-Driven Architect: Collaborate with Consumer Experience, Tech, and Sales to build data-led communication plans rooted in behavioral insights and real member needs. Brand Growth Owner: Define and track KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Continuously evolve the communications roadmap based on performance, learnings, and opportunities. Strategic Leader & Team Builder: Inspire agencies, internal teams, and executives, balancing high-level vision with hands-on execution. Shape how Cohabs tells its story across geographies and cultures. Budget & Team Manager: Own the global brand communications budget and ensure resources are allocated for maximum long-term ROI. Lead and develop a small but powerful communications team.
