Job description:
As a Project Manager you will:
* Develop guidelines and provide support to internal departments and agencies.
* Facilitate cross-department collaboration through workshops and shared follow-up actions.
* Identify and document modernisation initiatives aligned with business priorities.
* Analyse initiatives to ensure alignment with the Digital Strategy and promote collaboration.
* Ensure compliance with corporate processes and alignment between business and IT.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and synergies with other initiatives.
* Structure initiatives into projects with clear ownership, budgets, milestones, and deadlines.
* Ensure all activities are documented within the Business Process Management framework.
Skills:
* Strong understanding of project management, including scheduling, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
* Proven experience in modernising complex organisations.
* Familiarity with Business Process Management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
* Knowledge of quality procedures and high standards.
* Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies.
* Excellent command of English (C1+), strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
* Proactive and collaborative mindset, skilled in facilitation, and adaptable to change
