About The Role
As a QA Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective Quality Management System at the UCB Braine Site. You will ensure that all technical operations related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products comply with applicable regulations and UCB Quality Policies.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate with the Manufacturing management of Braine and other functional areas to drive quality & operational excellence. You will also interact with global teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
* Ensure compliance with UCB Quality Standards and applicable regulations.
* Follow up on product-related change control, investigations, and deviations.
* Review batch records and authorize batch disposition.
* Drive continuous improvement projects and support regulatory inspections.
* Lead internal audits and promote a culture of compliance and accountability.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
* Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering
* 3 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, supporting manufacturing activities.
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in French and English.
