Scope:
Within the financial department provides direct administrative support in the ongoing development of financial tasks to ensure that the department meets the legal and intercompany requirements.
Essential functions
* Perform a wide variety of administrative duties including data entry
* Input financial transactions, invoices, preparation of supplier payments…
* Prepare accruals
* Responsible for depreciations USGAAP and BEGAAP
* Prepare month and year end closings
* Prepare reconciliations
* Responsible for Intrastat
* Prepare VAT declarations
* Support and preparation of various audits
Job requirements
* Bachelor's degree or knowledge acquired through > 5 years' experience in similar job environment
* Good knowledge of VAT legislation
* Good language skills: Dutch, English
* Experience in Microsoft based accountancy program
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
