Our client, a large public-sector organization operating complex HR and corporate data landscapes, is seeking a Senior SAP Datasphere Integration Specialist to support advanced analytics and reporting use cases. The role focuses on designing and implementing complex data integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems within the SAP data and analytics ecosystem.
This is a senior, hands-on specialist role combining deep SAP Datasphere expertise with integration leadership in a highly structured, HR-driven context.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and optimize SAP Datasphere models, views, and data flows for enterprise analytics.
* Define and implement end-to-end data architectures leveraging SAP Datasphere and SAP BTP services.
* Lead complex integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and peripheral systems.
* Design and implement advanced data mappings and transformation logic across heterogeneous HR data models.
* Build and maintain data pipelines using SAP Datasphere Data Flows and SAP integration technologies.
* Ensure data quality, performance, security, and auditability across all integrations.
* Act as technical lead, contributing to integration standards, documentation, and best practices.

* You have hands-on experience with

* You have acted in a
lead role
on multiple end-to-end SAP Datasphere implementations.
* You hold a valid
SAP Datasphere certification

* You are fluent in
Dutch

French
, and
English
at minimum B2 level.
Nice to Haves
* Experience with SAP Data Intelligence.
* Knowledge of APIs, OData services, IDocs, and file-based integrations.
* Understanding of HRIS architectures and HR data models.
