Commercial Development Manager

* Duties:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify new business opportunities.
2. Plan, execute and evaluate sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share in HVAC services, handyman solutions & landscaping.
3. Work closely with Sales Facility Solutions teams to collaborate on sales approaches for common customers.
