* We are seeking a Security Manager to provide expert advice on security matters, support the implementation of new projects and upgrades, and track key performance indicators for our Belgian operations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide binding advise management to sites on security issues.
* Support implementation of new projects and upgrades.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Belgian Generation perimeter.
* Compliance and Alignment:
* Ensure action plans align with EU/Country legislation and Group Policies and Standards.
* Standards and Procedures:
* Establish and maintain security standards, procedures, and tools for risk analysis, incident management, and guarding.
* Coordination and Communication:
* Act as the main contact for the Brussels Control Center and coordinate physical security measures (badges, cameras, alarms, etc.).
* Protection and Awareness:
* Protect sensitive information by raising staff awareness and ensuring compliance with Group information classification.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in law enforcement, military, private security, HSE or a strong interest in security with a commitment to training.
* Ability to interpret, create, and update security policies and support local teams in implementation.
* Strong technical background to develop and follow up on security projects and upgrades.
* Capable of working under pressure, managing crises, and coordinating with diverse teams and third-party subcontractors.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide briefings, and proficient in Dutch or French with working knowledge of the other language and English.
