* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs definition to contract signature
* Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates
* Draft and publish engaging job descriptions across appropriate channels
* Identify, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and relevant assessment methods
* Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and related projects
* Represent the company at career events, networking initiatives, and employer branding activities
* You can demonstrate more than 4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a dynamic or fast‑paced environment
* Strong sourcing capabilities and good knowledge of modern recruitment tools and platforms
* Familiarity with technical or specialized roles, or willingness to quickly build expertise
* Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
* Well‑organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset
