We’re supporting a client building a high-impact platform, and they’re looking for an Automation Engineer to take ownership of their testing capability.
This is a long-term contract (through to end of 2026), ideal for someone looking for stability while working on a complex, real-world system.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing and building automated test frameworks using TestComplete
* Creating and maintaining smoke, regression, and integration test suites
* Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
* Automating from existing manual test cases (JIRA/Rally) with full traceability
* Driving quality improvements across the release lifecycle
What we’re looking for
* Strong hands-on experience with TestComplete
* Experience with JavaScript, Python, or VBScript for automation
* Solid understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins)
* Experience with API and system-level testing
* Ability to work across Windows and Linux environments
Nice to have
* Experience in healthcare / clinical systems (HL7)
* JSON validation, SMTP/WCTP protocols
* Exposure to WebLogic, VMware, Apache
