As an SAP Finance Consultant, you play an important role in the success of our clients during their IT and SAP transformation projects. You are responsible for providing finance expertise within challenging projects and contribute to the further growth of our organization. You help design, implement and optimise financial processes using SAP S/4HANA. You will play a crucial role in both project execution and supporting our business development activities.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Finance expertise:
Analysing and optimising financial processes, such as accounting, controlling, consolidation, and treasury.
Configuring and managing SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) according to customer requirements.
Acting as a sparring partner for customers and internal teams on financial issues.
You will follow the latest developments within SAP Finance and contribute to improving our internal knowledge and services.
Participating in end-to-end implementation projects, from blueprint to go-live and aftercare.
Drawing up functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams.
Coordinate workshops and training courses for key users and end users.
Business Development (Pre-sales):
Support the sales team in preparing quotations and customer proposals.
Demonstrate SAP solutions to potential customers and contribute to RFP processes.
Contribute to the development of new propositions and innovations within SAP Finance.
Do you recognise yourself?
We are looking for a driven professional with a passion for SAP and Finance, who is ready to support companies in their digital transformation and strategic growth.
You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an SAP Finance Consultant (SAP FI/CO), both on ECC and/or S/4HANA. Experience with S/4HANA Cloud is a plus.
You have hands‑on experience in SAP Finance and Management Accounting.
You have a thorough knowledge of multiple SAP Finance modules, including:
SAP GL
Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Bank Accounting (BA)
Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC)
Controlling (CO), including CO-PA and CCA
You have a customer- and team-oriented mindset and can easily adapt your communication style to different stakeholders.
You are not afraid to step outside your comfort zone and enjoy taking on new challenges.
You are skilled at structuring complex assignments: you determine deliverables, monitor quality and ensure that deadlines are met.
