Job Description
Develop, implement, and oversee business development strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, community organizations, and key stakeholders
Identify new opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
Collaborate with internal teams to design promotional programs, client engagement initiatives, and service enhancements
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and outreach activities
Lead, mentor, and manage team members to achieve business goals
Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations to senior managemen
The Successful Applicant
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or service-related industries (experience in funeral, healthcare, insurance, or hospitality sectors is an advantage)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High level of empathy, integrity, and professionalism
Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a must
