Job Description
As a consultant, your objective is to ensure the successful deployment, adoption and continuous improvement of business transformation initiatives and harmonised operational processes within an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Coordination, Change Leadership & Transformation Governance
* Pilot and coordinate change management activities within transformation projects and programmes.
* Define and deploy structured change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication, training and adoption actions.
* Support leaders and managers in their role as sponsors of change.
* Coordinate the preparation and execution of deployment activities, including testing, training, data readiness and cutover support.
* Support operational teams in adopting harmonised processes and new ways of working.
* Facilitate the resolution of functional and organisational blockers.
* Coordinate change management activities, including communication and end‑user support.
* Share business expertise to support the development of training materials, documentation and hyper‑care activities.
* Act as the main process reference for the functional domain.
* Coordinate contributions from Subject Matter Experts and Key Users.
* Communicate progress, risks and impacts to management and programme teams.
* Collaborate with programme partners and consultants involved in the transformation initiatives.
Process Assessment, Operational Analysis & Performance Control
* Assess the organisation’s maturity and capacity to absorb change and identify associated risks.
* Measure change effectiveness through KPIs, operational feedback and adoption indicators.
* Identify resistance to change and monitor mitigation actions.
* Understand and apply standardised process models within the functional domain.
* Evaluate operational feasibility, constraints and organisational impacts.
* Identify required adaptations and raise exceptions for validation when necessary.
* Coordinate test execution and ensure sufficient scenario coverage.
* Validate data quality and completeness in alignment with new processes.
* Provide feedback on process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Process Deployment, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to workshops, documentation and Fit/Gap analyses to ensure clear and complete capture of process requirements.
* Ensure that required roles, responsibilities and competencies are in place to operate solutions effectively.
* Capitalise on lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of change management practices.
* Ensure sustainability of knowledge and integrity of documentation.
* Support stabilisation activities and contribute to post‑deployment evolutions.
Profile
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent.
* Minimum 10 years of experience within industrial environments.
* Experience in supply chain and/or production management.
* Strong understanding of business processes within operational functions.
* Ability to translate standardised process models into operational execution.
* Experience with transformation programmes involving ERP‑integrated processes.
* Good understanding of organisational structures and operational ways of working.
* Strong collaboration and partnership capabilities with business teams.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Structured, organised and proactive mindset.
* Ability to anticipate operational impacts and associated risks.
* Collaborative leadership with the ability to influence without direct authority.
* Ability to simplify complexity and guide teams through change.
* Entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra‑professional or extra‑academic).
* Fast availability is preferred.
