You will join an experienced team operating in an Enterprise environment where quality, collaboration, and long-term vision are central.
You are Senior and will work alongside other Scrum Masters to coordinate multiple development teams working on a shared backlog within a LeSS framework. You will facilitate and organize key Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinements, sprint plannings, and sprint reviews while ensuring alignment between all the teams (+/- 50 FTE in total). Additionally, you will guide teams through iterations, help remove impediments, and promote self-organization and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT (or equivalent through strong experience)
Senior professional experience as Scrum Master & in Software development
You work in English and understand Dutch & French
