What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to help align our people strategies with business objectives in an international-oriented role. Depending on your profile and skills, you'll support the HR team across various pillars, including talent, culture, and HR activities such as recruitment, talent management, payroll, policies, and training. We don't expect you to have experience in all of these areas, but your expertise will guide you in how you contribute to different HR initiatives. If you are passionate about driving organizational success and fostering a positive employee experience on an international scale, we would love to hear from you.



Depending on your experience, you will focus on:

* Strategic Workforce Planning: Focus on reskilling, upskilling, and succession planning to ensure the workforce is future ready.
* Leadership Coaching: Provide advisory and coaching to business leaders on HR matters, keeping them informed of legal and regulatory requirements.
* Performance Management: Guide managers on performance-related issues, including mentoring, career planning, and employee coaching.
* Organizational Design: Help optimize organizational structure to boost productivity and improve business performance.
* Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate on recruitment strategies and develop a future-proof compensation and benefits plan.
* Culture & Employee Experience: Champion company culture, advise on employee wellness, and foster a positive work environment.
* Data Literacy: Interpret and communicate data to make informed HR decisions and measure business outcomes.
* Business Acumen: Understand financial principles and commercial strategies to align HR practices with business objectives.
* Digital Agility: Utilize HR technology and systems to drive efficiency and support strategic goals.
* Execution Excellence: Demonstrate action orientation, problem-solving, and strong interpersonal skills to support the organization’s HR initiatives.



Requirements

Who are you?

* Well-rounded HR professional with experience spanning HR Business Partnering and specialist areas such as payroll, recruitment, and learning & development.
* Strong track record of operating in data-driven HR environments, with the ability to interpret and apply people analytics to inform decision-making.
* Experience working in international or multi-country environments, including exposure to global payroll, cross-border recruitment, or international HR practices.
* Proficient in HR systems, including Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); comfortable navigating digital tools to support HR processes.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an asset.
* Educational background in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related discipline.
* Proven ability to manage complexity, adapt to change, and take initiative in dynamic environments.
* Team-oriented mindset with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
* While not required to be in a senior role, demonstrates professional maturity, proactivity, and a growth mindset.
