Job Summary
The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing product value by defining, prioritizing, and managing the backlog to ensure that deliverables are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives and generate tangible value in each iteration.
This role combines business acumen, technical and functional knowledge, and communication skills to translate customer and user needs into clear requirements. It requires experience in digital product management, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative work in agile environments, ensuring the continuous evolution of the product with a real impact on the business.
Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision aligned with business objectives.
Create, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and align product requirements.
Work with the development team to ensure understanding of the value and priority of each feature.
Make decisions about scope, features, and priorities, balancing business, users, and technical capabilities.
Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews.
Validate deliverables, ensuring compliance with defined acceptance criteria.
Measure and analyze product metrics (adoption, conversion, satisfaction, retention) to guide its evolution.
Facilitate communication between business, customers, and development teams.
Promote a product culture focused on continuous value delivery.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar roles in agile environments.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking.
Proficiency in prioritization techniques: MoSCoW, WSJF, Value vs Effort, Kano.
Knowledge of digital product management, product metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
Effective communication skills, collaborative leadership, and strategic vision.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, with a results-oriented and user-focused approach.

Management and collaboration: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, Monday, Confluence, Notion, Miro, FigJam.
Prioritization techniques: MoSCoW, WSJF, Value vs Effort, Kano.
Methodologies and approaches: Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup, Design Thinking.
