About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Architect to join a major HR transformation program for one of our key clients based in Belgium. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to lead the architectural direction of a complex, enterprise-wide SuccessFactors landscape.
As the Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, project leads, and technical teams to ensure the design and delivery of scalable, integrated, and future-proof HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and govern the overall SAP SuccessFactors architecture
Lead the solution design across modules such as Employee Central, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting
Ensure integration between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems
Collaborate with business and IT leadership to align architecture with strategic goals
Drive architectural best practices, governance, and solution assurance
Support project teams in resolving complex architectural issues
Provide thought leadership in HR transformation and cloud-based HR technologies
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Proven experience in enterprise architecture within global HR transformation programs
Deep functional and technical understanding of multiple SuccessFactors modules
Strong background in system integration (SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, APIs, middleware)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Fluent in English - Dutch is a plus
