To maintain and continuously improve our quality standards, we are looking for a driven Quality Manager to take ownership of our quality processes. Role Summary The Quality Manager will not only be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the high quality requirements of the demanding markets that we serve but will assure that all business processes are correctly documented and managed in line with ISO 9001, customer specific requirements and organisational goals. These quality standards need to be maintained and improved in a dynamic environment and fast-growing company that aims at OEM businesses. Define inspection processes to ensure consistent and high-quality products are delivered to our customers. His/her span of control includes both internal as external production (supply chain). He/She also drives the definition and implementation of immediate and corrective actions to address quality issues identified by above inspection processes. Define, Evaluate and analyse KPI's to identify trends, performance metrics and areas for quality improvement. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, R&D and procurement, to improve product design and internal and external operational processes. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality awareness and best practices. Manage and maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance and control. Promote / foster a quality culture throughout the entire organisation / business processes. Investigate customer complaints and issues to determine root cause and implement corrective actions. Assures adequate / immediate reaction in operational areas. Conduct and host regular audits of business processes,production processes, products and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Taking the lead in the ISO 9001 certification project of our company. This includes providing structure and guidance in order to describe and define all processes and flows throughout the entire organisation. Establish and maintain quality standards, procedures and processes in line with industry regulations and best practices. Oversee and take final responsibility for certifying that our products meet the customer requirements. Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in a quality management within a manufacturing or assembly environment. Having hands on experience in hosting ISO or customer audits. Technical knowledge of high-tech mechanical manufacturing, assembly and inspection techniques. Knowledge or experience with electronics (PCB's) is a plus. Training on quality systems such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 and proficiency in statistical data analysis. Knowledge of Environmental Quality systems as ISO 14001 is considered an important asset. Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Upholding high standards by always performing with integrity and eye for details Analytical, structured, and performance-driven. Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a strong advantage.
