Key Responsibilities
 * Lead B2B sales activities for electrotechnical and industrial energy solutions across the Flemish region
 * Manage and grow existing client accounts (approx. 60%)
 * Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities (approx. 40%)
 * Understand customer needs and offer tailored, value-added technical solutions
 * Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
What We're Looking For
 * Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in a technical or energy-related environment (e.g., batteries, UPS systems, power distribution)
 * Strong drive for business development and building customer relationships
 * Technical mindset or familiarity with electrotechnical/industrial energy systems
 * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
 * Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
 * Residing in or willing to travel across the Flemish region
