This role is offered for 24-30 hours per week. Job Responsibilities * Provide an outstanding and personalized shopping experience for every customer, exceeding their expectations. * Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer expert advice on product selection, styling, and brand features. * Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques and product knowledge. * Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and inviting. * Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and restocking merchandise. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. * Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotional activities. * Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Job Qualifications * Proven experience in Client Service within a retail environment. * Demonstrable Sales skills with a track record of achieving targets. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers. * A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the Tommy Hilfiger brand aesthetic. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by retail operations. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable (specific language requirements may vary). * Prior experience in a premium fashion brand is a plus. * Energetic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
