Your new role As a member of the management team, you will define and implement HR policies and processes that support the company’s strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and processes. - Advise management on organizational design and workforce planning. - Lead core HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and training. - Manage recruitment and onboarding from job posting to full integration. - Oversee compensation and benefits, including market benchmarking and negotiations. - Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. - Maintain strong relationships with employee representatives and organize social elections. Your Profile - Master’s degree in HR or social/legal studies. - Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong knowledge of labor law and social dialogue. - Proven experience as an HR generalist, both strategic and hands-on. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Fluent in French, Dutch, and English. - Experience with project management and HR systems.
