This opportunity is for an experienced line producer to oversee the full production lifecycle of a short series based in Jambes, Belgium. The role requires hands-on management of all production phases, from pre-production planning through to post-production wrap. The project is a personal endeavor with the potential for ongoing collaboration on future series or related projects. The selected candidate will be required on site for the duration of the production and should be prepared to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure the smooth execution of all creative and operational aspects.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the entire production process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with directors, cast, crew, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient workflow
* Supervise on-site operations, ensuring all production activities adhere to timelines and quality standards
* Handle all logistical arrangements, including travel, accommodation, and equipment rentals
* Track expenses and maintain detailed production records to ensure budget compliance
* Resolve production issues as they arise and implement solutions to keep the project on track
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety protocols throughout the production
* Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders
Skills And Requirements
* Proven experience as a line producer or production manager on film or television projects
* Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* In-depth knowledge of production budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Proficiency with production management software and tools
* Ability to work on site in Jambes, Belgium for the duration of the project; willingness to travel as needed
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing project needs
* Fluency in English required; French language skills are a plus
