JOB DESCRIPTION
The Allocation Analyst Intern is responsible to drive all allocation & replenishment activities and delivering annual targets in the factory outlet stores (own stores and franchisees)
1. Ensure correct product allocation and work closely with planners and traders to optimize the assortment in line with the market needs. He/She will proactively manage the reporting activities for the FO team to respond business needs when it comes to reporting & ad hoc analysis.
2. Ensure optimal replenishment and stock levels in each store for Apparel and ACC (bi-weekly VMI runs); with adequate set ups & maintenance based on business needs
3. Execute Initial Allocations load in line with the range plans and store grading
4. Ensure optimal replenishment and fulfillment to each store by working with planner on daily basis with weekly product allocation catch up
5. Close cooperation with Traders to ensure high service level to stores: responsible for end-to-end process
6. Assist merchandise planner with ad-hoc analysis as directed
7. Ensure all reporting activities for the FO team
8. Utilize market feedback into replenishment process & strategy for E&O allocation
9. Closely cooperate with Traders, Trading Lead and District Managers in the countries to gain market feedback and better understanding of local markets specificities
10. Support the Excess and Obsolete analysis
11. Support the Off-price wholesale team with order and contract mgmt., deal offers constructions, deals negotiations.
Experience
12. Technical proficiency with computer software tools and ability to learn new ones quickly (SAP and Power BI are a plus)
13. Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
14. Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities including the ability to quickly identify and communicate implications from consumer, internal and marketplace information
15. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
16. Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
18. English fluent, written and spoken
19. Strong listening and interpersonal skills with focus on collaborative teamwork
20. Proven ability to work with diverse teams
