We are looking for a Director, Global Commercial Operations based in Diegem, Belgium. The purpose of this role is to plan, manage and execute the deployment of tools, technology, data and AI commercial initiatives globally, with a 2026 focus on STELLAR. STELLAR will replace all Express Global Sales Solutions with a state-of-the-art CRM platform Microsoft Dynamics 365, while leveraging digital opportunities and transforming our sales processes in line with the new way of selling (SLNB). In 2027 and onwards, this role is responsible for the roll-out, implementation, adoption, change management, communications and enablement of Commercial Tools, Technology and Data - the purpose of this role is to empower every user in DHL Express with the skills and value that technology can provide, enabling our sales force to truly become trusted advisors to our customers.
How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
* Create overall Global Rollout Planning and execution, coordinating and aligning with all teams (BIT, ITS, Regions, etc.)
* Organize deployment activities, structure and staffing in accordance with the Rollout objectives
* Design and maintain Deployment toolkit based on input from all workstreams (Change, Training, Communication, Sales BI, Data Transformation, Pricing, IT, Capabilites etc.)
* Guide and direct country/Regional team to analyse readiness based on deployment toolkit
* Define and continuously improve approach to onboard Regional/Country deployment Teams so they can independently start deploying to their respective Region / country
* Coordinate the deployment with regional and country sales teams and other key stakeholders (BIT, ITS, Suppliers, etc.).
* Organize and lead discovery sessions for complex country deployments together with regional team
* Jointly lead complex countries deployment together with regional team
* Lead the deployment roadmap planning in alignment with stakeholders
* Direct Regions and countries in tracking benefits of the deployed technology or tools post deployment
* Act as a bridge between global team and country / region teams for deployment activities
* Coordinate and work closely with MSD365 Center of Excellence on roadmap planning, preparation, RTP (country deployment related) and hypercare activities
* Monitor and report on deployment progress (incl. risks, exceptions, readiness, etc.)
* Resolve escalated issues, analyze and manage Deployment risks
Do you have what it takes?
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Commercial or Computer Science, or other related field.
* 10-15 years proven experience in a Sales/Commercial environment, with 5 year Global Sales/Commercial experience and/or 5-10 years Regional Sales/Commercial experience.
* 10-15+ years proven experience in rolling out programs to Regions/Countries in a multicultural environment .
* 5-10 years proven experience in CRM space
* Excellent communication and presentation skills required up to ExCom & GMB member level
* Good knowledge of Global Sales Processes. Cross-functional process knowledge (pricing, finance, etc.) considered as additional asset.
* Good knowledge of Sales Tools, mainly STELLAR, COMET, COMET App, OMS, GO, and GCPT
* Proven experience in project management with focus on delivering iterative enhancements.
* Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs.
* Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in Mirocosft suite (MS Teams, MS Power Apps,MS Office, MS PowerBI, MS Azure)
