Events Coordinator & Management Intern – Requirements We’re looking for a passionate, organized and proactive intern who wants hands-on experience in cultural event production and arts management. Profile Currently studying in event management, arts management, communication, cultural studies, hospitality, or related fields Strong interest in music, live performance, cultural projects and creative entrepreneurship Comfortable working in a small, dynamic structure where initiative is valued Able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities Reliable, punctual and professional attitude Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Good time management and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with artists, students and partners Basic knowledge of event logistics (planning, scheduling, coordination) Creative problem-solving and adaptability Ability to stay calm under pressure during live events Communication Good written and verbal communication in French and/or English Dutch is a plus but not required Comfortable writing professional emails and messages Basic phone communication and client interaction skills Technical Skills (Bonus) Basic knowledge of: Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) Canva or similar design tools Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Event tools (Google Forms, Eventbrite, etc.) Availability Available for a minimum of 3 months At least 2–3 days per week Flexible hours during events (evenings / weekends possible) Personal Qualities Organized and detail-oriented Creative and proactive Curious and eager to learn Comfortable interacting with different people Passion for art and culture At Pacson Music School, we offer a hands-on, immersive internship experience in the heart of a growing creative music hub in Brussels.
