TK2d EU Project Coordinator
We are looking for a TK2d EU Project Coordinator who is organized, collaborative, and proactive to join us in our Solutions Rare & Epilepsy Europe team, based in Brussels, Belgium.
About the role
You will support TK2d activities at both regional and local levels, focusing on project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring smooth organizational processes across Europe.
Who you'll work with
You will collaborate with a diverse team of regional and country stakeholders, as well as cross-functional partners in procurement, finance, and data privacy. You’ll also build strong networks with assistants and project coordinators at global, EU, and local levels.
What you'll do
1. Support project execution, vendor management, and audit-compliant document storage.
2. Responsible for creating contracts, purchase orders, ANF and all administrative steps to implement regional and local projects
3. Oversee budget planning and act as the main contact for finance partners.
4. Create and manage digital collaboration platforms for stakeholders.
5. Organize and facilitate team meetings, regional and country reviews, and audits.
6. Support onboarding, training, and team readiness.
7. Act as the interface for regional and country TK2d teams.
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
8. Bachelor’s degree required.
9. Over 10 years’ experience as team assistant or project coordination across borders.
10. Strong digital literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools.
11. Experience in budget handling and audit support.
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
13. Agile mindset and ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
