For an international customer in Limburg, I am searching for a Crisis Manager to work in a supply chain - warehouse context, responsible for restoring order, safety, and compliance within the organization during situations of disruption, non-compliance, or acute operational problems. The role focuses on rapid intervention, structural improvement, and ensuring continuity. Responsabilities Crisis analysis & problem diagnosis: Rapidly identify violations, risks, and causes of non-compliance. Perform risk analyses and impact assessments. Report findings to management or MT. Enforcement: Enforce existing rules, safety regulations, and procedures. Implement immediate measures to prevent escalation. Provide guidance to supervisors and operational staff. Respond to violations according to established guidelines and escalation models. Operational crisis management: Coordinating actions between departments (logistics, HR, safety, planning, production, customer care, etc.). Acting as a central point of contact during incidents or structural crises. Communication & stakeholder management: Clear communication to employees about rules, changes, and measures. Reporting to management, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders. Conflict mediation and managing resistance within teams. Structural improvement: Establishing or improving compliance processes, controls, and KPIs. Evaluating incidents and implementing improvement initiatives. Training and coaching employees and managers in compliance and safety awareness.
