IBA (Ion Beam Applications) is a global technology leader in particle accelerators and a key player in radiopharmaceutical production solutions. Our technologies enable cutting-edge cancer diagnosis and therapy and support the development of next-generation radioisotopes worldwide.
Within our Radiopharmaceutical Solutions (RPS) Business Unit, we are strengthening our team with a Product Manager – Radiometals & Radiochemistry, playing a key role in the development and industrialization of innovative radiometal solutions combining hardware, software and chemistry.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for the end-to-end product management of radiometal solutions, from early development to market deployment. Your scope covers hardware, software and radiochemistry aspects, with a strong focus on radiometals production workflows, from irradiation to chemical processing and labeling.
You act as the product reference and decision owner, ensuring coherence, performance and market relevance throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end product management of radiometals and radiochemistry solutions, from definition to market introduction
* Define product vision, requirements and roadmap in close collaboration with R&D, production and sales
* Drive development of radiometals solutions, including targetry, irradiation, dissolution and downstream radiochemistry (up to defined chemistry scope)
* Act as the product decision owner, ensuring consistency and assertiveness on defined solutions
* Manage product lifecycle using PRD / PLCM frameworks, including budget and performance follow-up
* Translate market and customer needs into valuable product features and innovations
* Support go-to-market activities: product documentation, launches and sales enablement
* Represent IBA at selected international conferences and contribute to market intelligence
What we value
You have
* Master's degree (or PhD) in Chemistry, Radiochemistry, Materials Science or related field
* Hands-on professional experience in radiometals is mandatory (academic studies alone are not sufficient)
Proven experience working with:
* Radiometals production processes
* Solid targets, materials and targetry concepts
* Irradiation, dissolution and chemical processing
* Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience, ideally within radiopharmaceutical or accelerator-based environments
* Strong exposure to product management activities: product definition, lifecycle follow-up, cross-functional collaboration
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
