In this exciting role you are part of the Technology team that is responsible for all Technology related topics in the Belgian restaurants and reporting to the Technology Plan and Vendor Management Lead. About the Job We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Projects and Data Consultant to lead and execute a variety of technology-driven initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, overseeing complex data flows, and driving innovation through AI and automation. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with deep technical expertise in data ingestion, transformation, and AI technologies. Ingredients of the Job Project deployments Plan, execute, and deliver technology-based projects across multiple domains and suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to follow-up project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with internal standards. Report on the various technology projects Data Oversight Assist in design and transformation of data pipelines, including ingestion, transformation, and integration. Monitor and optimize data flows across platforms and systems. Ensure data quality, consistency and governance. AI & Automation Identify opportunities to leverage AI to further enhance business processes. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI and process automation. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between technical teams, business and global technology stakeholders. Provide training and support as needed.
