Technical Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing expert-level technical support to clients and internal teams, as well as training colleagues on product lines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding technical issues related to assigned product lines. You will provide timely and effective solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
In addition to technical support, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to colleagues and clients on new products and technologies. This will involve creating engaging and informative content, as well as presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams via email, phone, video, or face-to-face
- Develop and deliver training sessions on product lines to colleagues and clients
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technical engineering (mechanics, electronics)
- At least one year of experience in customer service or technical support
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to travel to client sites (driver's license required)
