What awaits you?
1. You support the organization in short-term and long-term financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance steering.
2. You analyze and monitor profitability, cost structures, investments, headcount and business cases, with a specific focus on HR & Cost Controlling.
3. You perform project controlling and validate actions to realize financial objectives.
4. You develop and implement controlling processes, methods and standards in line with central guidelines.
5. You monitor risks, determine provisions and assess special actions in close cooperation with stakeholders.
6. You provide sharp business analysis and management insights to support strategic decisions.
7. You work with internal and external partners (including HQ, auditors and governments) and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
What should you bring along?
8. You have 2-5 years of experience in finance or controlling and a strong affinity for products and numbers.
9. You have an analytical mindset and work accurately and proactively.
10. You speak and write fluently Dutch and English.
11. You have a good knowledge of Belgian GAAP and IFRS.
12. You are an expert in Excel and familiar with SAP; knowledge of AI tools is an asset.
13. You actively contribute to process optimization, automation and continuous improvement within controlling.
