The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to oversee the Belgium and Luxembourg area, ensuring and enhancing sales performance, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Belgium, showroom in Zaventem (Brussels) and offices in Roermond (NL)
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the Sales and Service organization, leading a team of 5 people.
* Interface with assigned distributors and customers.
* Maintain relationships with the existing customer base by planning and organizing activities and meetings.
* Provide analysis to identify new potential customers and opportunities in the area.
Your Skills
* Solid background in Sales (at least 5 years) in tools and equipment, DIY, or locksmithing market.
* Native proficiency in both French and Flemish, with working proficiency in English.
* Willingness to travel within Belgium, Luxembourg, and occasionally to the Netherlands.
* Valid driving license required.
* The ideal candidate is strongly results-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.
