Your missions
* Monitor and manage daily technical maintenance of electrical systems
* Supervise quality and compliance of external service providers
* Ensure respect of maintenance schedules and intervention deadlines
* Read, prepare, and update progress reports and requests beyond contract scope
* Propose investment plans to ensure operational continuity and safety of buildings
* Evaluate risks and rigorously apply safety and quality procedures
* Lead a team of technical maintenance agents
* Report to the Technical Maintenance Manager
Your profile
* Experience in electrical maintenance: lighting, low-voltage panels, UPS, generators, grounding…
* Ability to read, prepare, and modify electrical schematics
* Knowledge of local electrical codes (RGIE) and vital circuits
* Degree in electromechanical or electrical engineering
* Fluent French and English. Dutch is a plus
* Valid driving license (Category B)
* You have an ability to structure, plan and lead efficiently
* You work methodically, solve problems analytically, and communicate clearly
